We do our best to offer the coolest products (products that we wear ourselves), and helpful, responsive customer service. We have developed what we believe is a fair return policy as stated below; please note that by purchasing from Limited G, Inc. you have agreed to the following terms:

SHIPPING COST:
We charge a flat shipping rate of $5.99 for UPS Ground packages sent within the United States. Shipping charges will vary depending on different shipping methods and International destinations. Please contact limitedgsupport@gmail.com for any questions.

ILLINOIS SALES TAX:
Sales tax is charged to those orders shipped within the state of Illinois. The applicable tax rate is 7.00%. Sales tax is not charged to orders shipped to states outside of Illinois.

PRICING POLICY:
Limited G Inc. reserves the right to change prices at any time. Purchase prices are final at the date of purchase.

APPAREL RETURNS:
If you are not satisfied with your apparel purchase, simply return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within FOURTEEN (14) DAYS of purchase for a full refund. NOTICE: You are responsible for shipping charges that occur back and forth for any exchange or return. However, if we create an error with your order, we will then cover/reimburse all of the shipping costs for any exchanges or returns. Due to the limited availability of our apparel, returns & exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis, please contact us at limitedgsupport@gmail.com prior to sending your return. Please follow the instructions below to make a return. Most of the apparel we sell are collectible, made in limited runs and are hand-printed/assembled. Slight imperfections are typical with our products and most often enhance the value and appearance.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:
Contact Limited G Inc. by email at limitedgsupport@gmail.com within FOURTEEN (14) days from the date of purchase. Let us know what the problem is, and we’ll give you a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN). Follow the return instructions provided by our Web Sales staff, use suitable packing materials (please send it back in a shipping box for safety!), and make sure to write your RAN on the outside of your box. Our returns department will refuse orders that are returned without an RAN! Once the return is received you will be contacted via email and reimbursed for the original order. It’s that simple.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS:
International orders are subject to being charged customs fees by the government of the destination country. Limited G, Inc. has no control over the amount the customer is charged for customs fees. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes on you.

PRIVACY POLICY:
Limited G, Inc. assures the security of your personal information given for any purchases or other circumstances where private information is required. We do not sell, share, or email addresses. Limited G, Inc. will periodically update customers via email about new product updates, promotions, and related news.
